I took the bus from the town's bus station last year to get to Sofia. There's lots of buses actually, about 10 daily if I'm not wrong. The trip lasts for about 4 hours and it costs 10 lv. There is also a train station, but I just didn't want to wait too long for the train to Sofia to come so I went for the bus
