Of course you can do that. Borovets is one of the best ski resorts in Bulgaria, and of course one of the best. I went there last year and I was impressed to see there were actually 23 ski slopes to choose from. to rent the full equipmweent for a day you will have to pay 40 lv, and to get free access to the lift you will have to come with an extra 44 lv.
